What happens after placing an order?

We will inform you by email after sending the order.

It is not currently available , but we are aware of its usefulness and are actively working on its implementation.

Returns & complaints handling

In which cases does CWS cover the return costs?

If the reason for the return is due to CWS's fault, for example, the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we will fully cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement goods.

What should I do if I received a damaged or unsuitable product?

  2. Repackage the product for return shipping.

We currently only accept payment by invoice . We will perform a credit check before approving your order. Once approved, you have 8 calendar days to pay the invoice.

We will soon be introducing additional payment options, including credit card and SEPA direct debit .
