Shipping methods, delivery times and costs
All orders within Belgium are delivered by DHL .
- Delivery time: normal delivery time is 3-5 working days , depending on the delivery address and order volume.
- Shipping costs
- Free shipping for orders over 30,000 HUF .
- For orders under 30,000 HUF, the shipping fee is a flat rate of €4.90 .
- The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any discrepancies, please follow the steps below. Detailed terms and conditions can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
Return Policy
- If the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped, we will cover the full cost of returning it. If you experience such a discrepancy, please notify us in writing at info@clearplus.hu within 48 hours of receipt.
- If the goods are defective , you are only entitled to free repair or replacement.
How to return a product
- Contact us: send an email to info@clearplus.hu with your order details and the reason for the return (defective / incorrectly delivered).
- Prepare the product: repack it securely in the original packaging (if possible) or in other packaging suitable for shipping.
- Request delivery: after consultation with our colleague, we will organize the delivery with the courier service.
